The use of information will be done in accordance with our terms & conditions and our privacy policy.

1.       General Provisions

1.1. It is hereby clarified that the site may use any information provided by the user or that is collected during the use of the app, for marketing and/or commercial purposes.

1.2.  The user hereby authorizes the company to contact him via phone, and/or via SMS and/or via WhatsApp and/or by any other means, regarding the app and its services.

2.1. The user hereby authorizes the app and/or anyone on its behalf to send advertising offers as stated in Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Bezek and Broadcasting) (1982) regarding the app or any other topic.

2.2.  The company may send to users' information about various products and links to purchase them, by e-mail and/or via SMS and/or via WhatsApp and/or by any other means.

3.       Collection of information

3.1.  The app may collect personal information about the user (such as, but not limited to: name, contact methods, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, friends, geographic locations, preferences, and any other information provided by the user) as well as other information (such as, but not limited to: device type, operating system, etc.) while using the app.

3.2.  In order to fully participate and use the app, the user must provide his email address, full name including the full name known to the bank, bank account details, phone number which can receive SMS, etc.

3.3.  The app receives the above information on behalf of the user and saves it in a database for the purpose of using the app and winning prizes.

3.4.  The user hereby gives the company a permission to keep his details in a database, for the purpose of using and participating in the app, and/or for marketing purposes, and/or making contact and/or for providing prizes.

3.5.  The company makes great efforts to preserve and secure the information, but cannot guarantee with certainty that the information will be secure and will not be exposed to unauthorized access. By using the app, you confirm that you are aware of these limitations.

4.       Information Usage

4.1.  The app will use the information collected in accordance with the provisions of this policy or according to the provisions of any law, including for the following purposes:

4.1.1.  Enabling a personalized experience for the user.

4.1.2.  Improving and enriching the services and content offered by the app.

4.1.3.  Improving the app and its services.

4.1.4.  Dealing with disputes or technical problems.

4.1.5.  Marketing activity or improving our products.

4.1.6.  Sharing information with our commercial partners.

4.1.7.  Any other action permitted to the company by law.

5.       Information Deletion

5.1. The user may review the information collected on him and/or request to delete the information, all according to the Israeli privacy law (1981).

5.2. Deletion of the information will prevent you from using the app.

6.       Cookies

6.1.  The app uses "cookies" for its regular and proper operation, including to collect statistical data about usage, to verify details, to adapt the site to personal preferences and for information security purposes.

7.       Advertisements of third parties

7.1.  The site allows other parties to manage the advertisements on the app. The ads you see on the app are of third parties. The use of cookies by these parties is subject to their privacy policy.

7.2.  The site will allow the relevant advertising agencies to advertise and target contents to an audience similar to the app's users, based on their personal information.

8.       Jurisdiction and applicable law

8.1.  These privacy policy conditions, together with our terms and conditions, exhaust the set of instructions that will apply to the use of the app.

8.2.  This terms and legal relations between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel only.

8.3.  Any action and/or behavior of the company will not be considered a waiver of its rights and/or consent on its part to any violation.

8.4.  In the event a dispute arises, the user agrees to resolve all disputes by the following dispute resolution process, before taking any legal action through Tel Aviv Yafo district courts:

8.4.1.  All disputes or claims between the user and the company, arising out of its relations, that are not resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to arbitration, before an agreed arbitrator.

8.4.2.  The user and the company (hereinafter: "parties") may commence the arbitration process by sending a written demand for arbitration. If parties do not agree on an arbitrator, the parties may file a motion to the Tel Aviv-Yafo court to appoint an arbitrator.

8.5.  Regardless, the exclusive jurisdiction to discuss any dispute arising from this agreement will be given to the court in Tel Aviv-Yafo only.

9.       Changes to the privacy policy

9.1.  In any case where changes are made to this policy, they will be effective upon their publication.
